The Counterclockwise team’s extensive experience and knowledge within the marketing agency and creative work environment has led to the development of a new, and exciting creative project management tool.

 

Over the years various team members tried out and worked with a number of proprietary products that had been designed to help in the effective management of projects within creative agencies. These ranged from re-badged spreadsheets, to underfeatured ticket systems to highly over featured bloatware which in turn only led to frustration around finding something that ‘just did the job’.

 

From this XUDIO was developed, designed to fill a gap in the market and provide a user friendly, engaging and well featured solution to the management of projects, the management of project time, the process of billing, the allocation of projects to members of the team and many other features.

 

After many years of development, investment and testing the XUDIO agency system will shortly be launched for general use to the public so that all agencies, design firms, web development companies and other creative businesses can benefit from the lessons learned and the pain experienced trying to find a project management system that simply did what was needed. Xudio offers a simple, different approach to creative studio management.
